FAQs

How Do I Use A Bath Bomb?

Simply remove the wrapping, place gently into a warm bath, and watch it do it’s thing!

What Is The Shelf Life Of A Bath Bomb?

A bath bomb has a long shelf life, but we recommend using them within 6 months for the best colour, fizz and aroma! Try to keep products in a dark place to prevent UV from fading the products - especially pinks & purples.

Do Your Bath Bombs Contain Any Nasties?

We use natural products where possible! The most commonly asked about ingredient is Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA). It has a very similar name to one of the most common sulfate ingredients, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), so you may be tempted to avoid it. Both ingredients are surfactants that can create bubbles and lather in cleansers, but that is pretty much where the similarity ends. SLS is a cheaper ingredient made in a lab while SLSA is naturally derived from plants.

Are Your Bath Bombs Safe For Pregnant Women?

It’s always best to check with your GP before using any products you are unfamiliar with during pregnancy. While it isn’t necessary to avoid using bath bombs, as a guide only we recommend you be mindful and only bathe in lukewarm water.

Do Your Products Contain Nuts?

Yes. The majority of our products use our signature ingredient, Sweet Almond Oil. Please see individual products for a list of specific ingredients.

Will Your Bath Bombs Stain The Bath?

No. However temporary staining may occur. Always rinse the bath after use and never leave coloured water sitting in the tub overnight.

Are Your Products Vegan?

Whilst we do our best to seek out animal friendly ingredients, some suppliers do not claim to be vegan, therefore we don’t feel comfortable in making that claiming. We can however guarantee that all of our products are only tested on humans (mainly me!).
