Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the product in its packaging immediately and send to chantal.27@hotmail.com or Facebook message along with your invoice number and date of arrival. Failure to raise the issue immediately could result in no offer of refund or exchange. 

Refunds

We will only refund items if they are defective or damaged for health and safety reasons. Change of mind will not be accepted. If you have an issue with any of our products, send us an email at chantal.27@hotmail.com. We will do everything possible to help out with any issues that may arise.
