Terms & Conditions

All of our products are handmade by myself (Chantal) with the highest standards.

This means that not all products will be identical and may slightly differ in colour, scent, shape and decorations.

Due to hygiene reasons, Bath Beauty does not offer exchanges or refunds on products due to change of mind.  

We do however offer a refund or exchange on faulty or damaged products.

If your product or package appears damaged upon arrival, you must raise the issue immediately. Failure to contact us immediately may impact your refund or exchange eligibility.

We will always endeavour to help our customers and deliver a happy customer experience. And we wish for our social media pages to be positive outlets. Therefore any issues with our products will not be addressed via social media.

You MUST always provide proof of your itemised purchase receipt. You will receive an electronic copy of your receipt and a printed copy with every purchase. Images of the issue may also be requested. Without images or proof of purchase, a refund or exchange does not need to be offered. 

Bath Beauty reserves the right to ask for the product to be returned prior to offering a refund or exchange to ensure the product is faulty and/or damaged. Upon return we will assess the products condition and age before offering your money back or an exchange.

Where a product is found defective or damaged, Bath Beauty will cover return shipping costs for that product.

Being unsatisfied with a product does not always warrant a refund or exchange.

Similarly, user error does not warrant a refund or exchange.

All products have use within dates or timeframes on the labels. Please ensure you use the products within the recommended time-frame and as intended.

Ensure your bath is always cleaned before and after use.

Temporary staining may occur. Never leave coloured bath water in the tub for more than 3 hours.

For anyone suffering allergies, always patch test if you are unfamiliar with a product. For a full list of ingredients please see that specific product for a full description.

If we believe an customer is liable for fraud or deception, Bath Beauty reserves the right to cancel that order and you may be charged a fee. Any customer believed to be or attempting to re-sell our products may be refused a sale or refund.

Quantity restrictions apply where products are on sale. A maximum of 3 per item per customer applies.

You must be 18 to purchase online and be the account/card holder processing the transaction. 

Once placed, you cannot cancel an order. If you need to make any adjustments to an order please email chantal.27@hotmail.com immediately and I will do my best to help. Due to quick turn around times we cannot guarantee changes to orders can be processed in time.
